you extract the .zip file and open the .exe. thats literally it. you dont have to do anything else. and if a "windows protected your pc" pops up, click on more info, then run anyway.
You can if you collect coins, and save up for the 30 coin starter weapon. Brass knuckles def bugged though. Some weapons cannot be seen against the background.
